NOTE:  Reservations of table and booths are on a first come paid basis.  Please contact Judith Ackaret at HolidayBazaar@jattrax.com for space location availability.  Please note:  

If you wish to pay by check in person to the Hillsboro Elks Lodge #1862 office, please deliver the application and payment between the hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the address of 7553 NE Quatama Street, Hillsboro, Oregon.  Email Judith Ackaret at HolidayBazaar@jattrax.com to advise of application drop-off. Please do not mail the application, as it may not be received in time to secure your table. We expect the vendor spaces to fill quickly (usually within a week and a half).

1. All monies paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERABLE, as this Holiday Bazaar benefits a charitable cause. If the Hillsboro Elks Lodge #1862 is forced to cancel the Holiday Bazaar for any unforeseen reason, refunds will be mailed to the vendors, if the Holiday Bazaar cannot be rescheduled.
2. Once you have submitted your application, you will be sent a digital invoice via email. Please pay the invoice within 3 days to secure your booth spot. The invoice will be sent through Edwards Center, Inc. (www.edwardscenter.org). Booths and tables are NOT considered reserved until all monies are received. You are encouraged to bring your own tables.
3. Set-up will begin at 8:00 AM on Saturday, November 7th, 2026. Please bring your own table covers and change. The lodge cannot make change. The Holiday Bazaar Team will attempt to make unloading as easy as possible and discourage any “Early Birds” for the 1 hour set up time.
4. Table/booth locations can be requested, but the final decision is on a first-come basis.
5. Merchandise for sale may be placed on the floor, but aisles must be kept clear.
6. The Holiday Bazaar Team reserves the right to deem any item(s) for sale inappropriate and will ask vendor to remove items.
7. A limited selection of food will be for sale through the Hillsboro Elks Lodge kitchen after 11:00 AM. You must fill
   out a lunch form and pay for your food at the Hot Chocolate Booth. Bottled water and coffee/tea will be available
   at the Hot Chocolate booth. Lunch will be delivered to your booth. If you wish, you may bring your own lunch.
8. Packing up before 3:00 PM is not allowed.
9. Parking for vendors will be located in the main parking lot along the Arborvitae tree row (along Quatama). You may park closer to unload your vehicle, then move your car before the bazaar begins at 9:00 AM. 
10. Please check in at the information booth before setting up.  You will be given a packet of information.
11. If you would like to donate an item for the Vendor Raffle Baskets, please take the item to the Hillsboro Elks Lodge #1862 BEFORE October 15th, 2026.  Mark the item as a Holiday Bazaar Raffle Basket item and drop it off in the office M-F, 9AM-3PM.  Hillsboro Elks Lodge #1862, 7553 NW Quatama St., Hillsboro, OR  97124.
